Are you a good communicator who loves helping people? Join us as a Customer Service Executive (Fresher) at our Glasgow support centre.
We’re looking for entry-level candidates who can handle customer enquiries, resolve basic issues, and deliver excellent service over phone, email, and chat. Full training will be provided, so previous experience is not required.
Role Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Log issues, escalate complaints, and follow up until resolved.
- Maintain records and service logs in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve product concerns.
Required Skills:
- Any degree (2022–2024 pass-outs welcome).
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Patient, confident, and service-oriented.
- Basic computer skills and a team player attitude.
