Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Assist in scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
- Help maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support induction and training processes.
- Handle basic employee queries and policy updates.

- Graduate in HR, Business Management, or similar.
- Strong administrative and communication skills.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
