We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically fit Warehouse Packer to join our team on an evening shift in Stoke-on-Trent. This role involves preparing and packing orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Packaging and Preparation: Pack items into boxes or containers according to company standards, ensuring they are secure for shipment.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or damage before packaging and report any issues to supervisors.
• Labeling and Documentation: Label packages with accurate shipping information and maintain records of all materials processed.
• Warehouse Operations: Assist with inventory management by counting and reporting stock levels, and ensure the work area remains clean and organized.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate packaging and labeling.
• Communication Skills: Good communication skills to work effectively with the team.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evening shifts and occasional overtime.
• Basic Math Skills: Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory management.
