Refund Policy

At Luxury Garments, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. As a multivendor e-commerce store, we have partnered with several vendors who sell their products on our platform. While each vendor may have their own refund policy, we do have a standard refund policy that applies to all products sold on our platform.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed, with all tags and labels attached. The item should be returned to the vendor from whom you purchased it.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise and you may need to cancel your order. If you need to cancel an order, please contact the vendor as soon as possible. If the vendor has not yet shipped the item, they may be able to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

If the vendor has already shipped the item, you may still be able to cancel the order, but the refund will be subject to the vendor’s cancellation policy and any shipping fees may not be refundable.

If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact the vendor immediately to report the issue. The vendor may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect. If the vendor determines that the item is defective or damaged, they will issue a refund or exchange at no additional cost to you.

If an item is lost in transit, please contact the vendor and the shipping carrier to report the issue. The vendor may be able to issue a refund or send a replacement item, depending on the carrier’s policies.

Please note that some products may be non-refundable or non-exchangeable due to their nature, such as personalized or custom-made items, perishable goods, or digital downloads. The vendor’s refund policy will be clearly stated on the product page.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
